SPECIFICS

RESULTS Very natural, the face doesn't look "operated" due to the vertical lifting vectors.

TRIDIMENSIONAL MATRIX Beautification and rejuvenation is attained through a tridimensional approach of facial architecture. Cheekbones soft tissues are lifted and suspended and forehead and perioral contours area are enhanced with lipostructural fat grafting.

SCARS Very shorts and strategically located under the sideburns. There are no scars behind the ear, that's why this technique is considered "pony tail friendly". It's hard to do a pony tail after a tradicional face due to the conspicuous scar behind the ear.

UNDER THE SIDEBURNS Under the sideburns and in the upper side of the ear.

BEHIND THE NECK Only in exceptional cases when there some redundant skin after soft tissue lifting.

CHEEKBONE SOFT TISSUES are lifted and suspended. Traditional liftings usually cant correct this problem. Lifting and suspension of cheekbone soft tissue naturally beautifcates the face in aesthetic harmony with facial anatomy. Complementary procedure is lipostructural fat grafting.

VECTORS Three lifting vectors the first on the mandible angle, the second to lift the malar complex and improve the nasolabial fold and the third one to lift the cheekbone soft tissues and improve the facial ogee contour naturally rejuvenate the face.

MINI-LIFTING This is a type of mini-lifting due to the short scar compared with traditional facelifts.

LOCAL ANESTHESIA MACS lift could be done with local anesthesia or eventually add a slight sedation. Even with local anesthesia the patient is monitored by the anesthesiologist.
